• Built visual merch strategy, utilized A/B testing and ethnographic methodologies to empirically craft images and trailers with the highest stopping power globally, increased streaming hours by 10%.
• Hands-on creative leader for a team of 6 with multi-million dollar budgets to design and implement 300+ final art assets for product visuals and first-to-market features.
